Erica Nsoedo, PT, DPT, is a graduate of the Northern Illinois University Doctor of Physical Therapy program (May 2025) with over 17 years of experience as a personal trainer. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, she worked extensively in the fitness field and holds a NASM specialization in corrective exercise, which continues to inform her movement-based approach to care. Her clinical background as a physical therapist includes therapeutic exercise, neurological rehabilitation, and manual therapy, with a strong emphasis on individualized, whole-body movement assessment. Erica is passionate about improving the function and efficiency of the human movement system by treating the body as an integrated whole and tailoring interventions to the person in front of her. She looks forward to collaborating with Dr. Lorenz and the team at Revolutionary Health to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care to their patients. Outside the clinic, Erica is a mom of four who enjoys reading, exploring green spaces, and crocheting as creative and grounding practices. In addition to serving the local community, she is interested in working with creators, artists, and musicians to support performance demands and optimize recovery through intentional, movement-focused care.

Erica is now in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO. Coverage and benefits vary by plan.
